Hello, my name is Maryann Livingstone and I have been a permanent make up artist for 15 years in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. Many of my clients come to me because of referrals from the hundreds of procedures that I have done. I am a dental hygienist and my clients feel comfortable knowing that I use universal precautions during their procedures and apply very effective anesthetics. I use the hand tool by Softap so the procedures are quiet and comfortable. Prices start at $225 for upper or lower eye liner, $350 for both upper and lower. Brows are $350. Lip Liner is $350. (2 sessions are included in the price.). We have recently added Tina Lawson to our team to apply permanent makeup using the Softap Method. She has a makeup background as well as being personally mentored by me this past year.
